1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vidools AI Chrome Extension, Website, and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Vidools AI and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The generated content (Titles, Descriptions, Tags) provided back to you by the AI APIs through our Services becomes your property to use on YouTube as you see fit.

3. User Representation & Obligations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • You will not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate our free trial limits or rate-limiting systems.
  • You will not use the Services to generate spam, repetitive content, or harmful metadata intended to abuse YouTube's algorithm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you are found to be abusing the system or violating these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Vidools AI offers both a Free tier and Premium subscriptions (Basic and Pro).

  • Free Tier: Limits (e.g., 3 video optimizations) reset on the 1st of every calendar month.
  • Premium Plans: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions are billed on a rolling 30-day basis.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Because AI generation incurs direct compute costs on our end, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Vidools AI strives to provide high-quality SEO recommendations based on the latest AI capabilities, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations that using our extension will result in increased views, subscribers, or revenue on your YouTube channel.

YouTube's algorithm is complex and constantly changing. The outputs generated by Vidools AI are suggestions only and should be reviewed by you before publishing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vidools AI, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
