When you log in to our Chrome Extension using Google OAuth, we collect basic profile information strictly necessary to provide our service:

  • Your Name (used for personalized greetings)
  • Your Profile Picture (Google Avatar)
  • Google User ID (used to uniquely identify your account)

2.2 Service Data (YouTube Metadata)

When you use the extension inside YouTube Studio, we process the video metadata you input (such as video titles, descriptions, and keywords) and send it to our backend to generate AI-optimized outputs. This video metadata is NOT permanently stored in our database. It is only processed in real-time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To provide and manage the AI generation services.
  • To enforce your subscription limits (Free, Basic, or Pro).
  • To send you administrative information (e.g., welcome emails, purchase confirmations).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

  • AI Providers: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), or Anthropic (Claude) APIs are used to process text prompts and return generated titles/descriptions. They do not use your data to train their models under their API agreements.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe and PayPal process all payments. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Infrastructure: MongoDB Atlas is used to securely host our user database.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
